If you are looking for the upper fulcrum assembly try to order the part through Sears for the model 103.24260. This is an even older saw but the castings are almost the same. With a couple of screws and springs it will work. On this older model the blade tracking and tension adjustments were done with the front cover off.

I rebuilt the guides and replaced the roller bearings , only prob is there cast pot metal ( cheap aluminum) but ri built mine with bronze bearings and works great, I am a metal worker so built it to suite needs. just need to find new tires and blade cleaners
