Craftsman (aka DUNLAP/ATLAS Lathe Very good condition, except appears to be missing a Stop collar on the right hand side of the spindel. Wondering if I can make something that will work (two thin nuts locked together?

Interestingly enough, it has two stop collars on the left side, but if I am correct, the stop collars on the left are threaded the opposite direction as the ones on the right. Must be a common mfg/engineering issue.
