Delta Homecraft Model 28-110 Band Saw

The blade keeps slipping off the top wheel. I have adjusted the tension but it keeps coming off. any help would be appreciated e-mail donsue@whidbey.net

The blade comming off of the top wheel is usually caused by mis-alignment of the top wheel. There is a tilt adjustment on most bandsaws that tilts the top wheel in and out to make the blade track properly on both wheels. If the tilt adjustment won't correct the problem, you probably have some wear on the axel of either the top or bottom wheel that is preventing proper alignment.
The bottom wheel should be rigid and not wobble in any direction.
