Delta Milwaukee Wood turning Lathe

I just purchased an old Delta Wood Lathe and it has a model #CBL 401 and the serial #29-3596. I cannot find any reference on the net for parts or an owners manual. Can you lead me to a site that could service my needs for either parts or a manual? Also I would like to know the approximate year of manufacture. By the way, the brand name on the plate says Delta Milwaukee.
