I purchased the aforementioned tool today at a thrift shop. It is rough
but it functions. I am trying to identify the production year and information on the piece. Any available advise will be welcomed. I shall provide photographs of this unit for review and comment. The intention is to restore the tool back to as near original as possible. Note: The finish inside the blade shrouds is light green. This appears to be the original finish. Thoughts on this are also welcome. Thank you for your time and consideration.
