DriverLine SKF Ball Bearing equipped Band Saw

I have had this for sometime and decided to pull it out and try it out a few weeks ago. The tires on the large wheels were so dry and cracked that the band would not stay on. I think it is a 10 inch saw but have no manual for it and not sure what you use to determine size. There is no serial number on the manufacturer plate. I was wandering if anyone could give me any info on the machine and if they know where any replacement parts may be available.
