T-Handled Tomlinson

Found an old drawing knife with the the name Tomlinson on the blade. The blade is removable and adjustable (each screw has adjustment marks on it.) The knife is 19 inches overall while the blade is about 11 inches long. I would appreciate any information you could give me.

Thank You

by: kraus

Larry, this looks like a fleshing knife. Tomlinson had a 6 July 1820 patent for a fleshing knife used for scraping hides
