Vintage Delta Drill Press with Manuel dated 1937

My father in law has this Delta Drill Press. We are trying to find out information regarding its values. It has a 4 wooden drawers under its stand filled with items (see pictures) including an instruction manual with the copyright date of 1937. We are curious as to value and basically any information on this machine. Thanks!
