BN1135 Band Saw

I picked it up at an auction in Vermont. I knew the name and the quality that came with it.
Have a few questions though.

1. The saw is missing the levers to keep the 2 doors closed and I would like to get levers that are as close as I can to original.

2. The saw came with a 1 HP 3PH motor which I removed and replaced with an "old" heavy duty 1 HP 1PH motor. The is some shake in the machine that I have not identified as to cause. Any suggestions to try?

3. Finally, I am moving my shop from Vt to Worcester, MA area. I need to find out what the saw weighs.
