Craftsman Band Saw 103.0103

I bought a 1940s Craftsman band saw #103.0103 at a garage sale. I would like to restore it to as new as possible. I'm trying to find the "Craftsman" decal that goes on the front upper door, the blade guard as well as the column guard.(someone put a "home grown" one made of sheet metal on it. Any assistance is much appreciated.
