Craftsman Drill Press 103.0305

I inherited this Craftsman drill press and I'm hoping to restore it. It's missing the Mohawk cover but over all it's in good shape. Iv'e noticed on broken part, the spring that brings the chuck back up, but when I turned it on several years ago it ran fine. Unfortunately it's been in storage for a while and there is more rust than when it went in there. The motor is a General Motors motor and I'd like to know more about it. Also, there is no indication that this ever had a power switch. The table that I got with it has a plug and light switch for the drill. Hopefully I'll be able to share progress photos and if you have any advice on parts please let me know.
