Delta Table Saw by Rockwell SN 80-9517
I inherited this saw from my father...He was a carpenter in the Chicago area. This saw has out lasted 2 craftsman's I had. It is modified with a sanding drum that is attached via bolted bracket with a hinge welded to it.vIt is raised and hinge pined so it comes even with the saw top so as to have a nice flat sanding surface. I cleaned up the saw, replace the old plug wire and repainted with a hammered look...left it at 220 because my Father sad it kept blowing Fuses at 110 back in the day. I have the dado cover, molding blade set, table extensions, safety cover for saw blade etc...I used this saw up until I was 18 and went into the service...always made stuff with my father when I came home on leave....now at age 63 I'm still using it...They don't make em like they use to!!!Great saw! Hats off to Delta.
