Hi,
Found your e-mail while digging for information about the history of the above wood lathe. I'm guessing the age around 1947 or so. I purchased this in 1978, for 25.00. It has followed me around all these years.. This passed month, I've cleaned it up. Pulled it apart, and checked it out. There doesn't look like it was used very much at all, certainly not by me. Well, that I hope will change. Will be making a base/table soon, and searching for a motor. Any help/ advise you guys have would be appreciated.
