Marsh Brothers Co. James Cam

H there,

The draw knife blade is 12 /3/4" long. It has 2 Stamps on it one being James Cam and the other is Marsh Brothers Co. and after Marsh it looks like the # 4. There are no wooden handles with it.

I found it odd that it has 2 different stamps on it. I don't know much about these old tools is it worth hanging on to it?
