May 07, 2011 Rating Sorby? by: Anonymous At 22 inches in length, this is a try plane. Too short to be a jointer, though it does much the same job. Blades, come, and blades go. The plane was not made by Sorby, only the blade.

Apr 13, 2010 Rating mCkENZIE/sORBY PLANE by: Tom Vanant I have a similar A. McKenzie 22" plane w/ a Robt Sorby iron. I have been unable to learn anything further. Condition is very good. No cracks, splits or checks, sound wedge, only .010" twist in sole.
