I bought it from a school in Iron River Michigan about 1975. The teacher hated that saw...(he was a moron!!) Wanted a nice new fancy 14" Delta. So I gave them $50 for it and when I picked it up the teacher said "Here, you might as well have these." and handed me 14 brand new 114" band saw blades for it. It measures 19 inches from the arm to the blade so is probably rated as a 20". The motor and wheel bearings all have brass grease caps that you fill with grease and screw down a turn or two every month or two.
I used it commercially and probably cut $100,000 worth of craft items on that thing. I replaced the tires by using heated shellac. An old boy at the Oliver company explained how to do it and the tires are still working great.
The serial number only has 4 numbers, so it is a real early machine.
