Unknown Vintage Band Saw

I have a vintage band saw in my shop that came with the house I recently purchased. There are no visible logo's, model or serial numbers. What I know is that it has 36" wheels and a 5 horse 220 single phase motor, belt driven. Can you help with any additional info, from photos provided.
