Wadkin Unknown tool

Hi,Any idea what this is? when purchasing a maximat v10P lathe and centec 2b, this tool was in one of the draws with all the other tools. But we have been unable to identify it, We know its a Wadkin tool as it has wadkin stamped on side, but even the Wadkin website failed to respond, so any help in working out what this item is would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
