10" Craftsman Table Saw Model 113.27520

Ten inch craftsman table saw Model#113.27520 needs arbor bearings. Can bearings be purchased? Will I need a bearing puller to get the one off the arbor closest to the blade? Can it be put on without a press?

Use a puller. Put bearing in oven on low heat to expand,then tap it on using a pipe on center of berring only
