Delta Division Homecraft Rockwell

I found this in the back of my father-in-laws garage. he has had it for many years. he gave it to me and I have no clue how old it is. I cannot find the model number but on one side it says Homecraft and on the other side it says Delta Division and Rockwell in the corner also the serial number is 70-5769. I plugged it in and it works fine. and has a good blade on it. other than that i have no clue.
