Modle 28-110 Band Saw

The band keeps running off the upper wheel. I have tried adjusting the tension. Any help with this would be appreciated.

without a picture i'm not sure. my delta saw has a thumb screw below &to the left of the tension adjustment. ofcourse i don't know exactly what model i have.

blade comming off
