Mortice machine

I have just submitted a query on another page, but found this page where I can also submit a picture of the old cast Iron Mortice machine I found in a scrap yard.

Can you please assist with identifying the brand name and/or model number as well as dating the year it was manufactured? What would something like this be worth?
