Vintage Delta 12" Planner

Vintage Delta 12

I got this from my grandfather when he died. I laid it down in my truck and when I got home there was oil in the bed of my truck. Where do I replace it and what oil should I use? It's serial # is 106-2774. Don't know how old it is or much about it. any answers would be appreciated. My E-mail is aasay@hotmail.com
