Walker-Turner band saw "The Driver Line" 12" SKF and Dalton T-L lathe

I acquired this after our Uncle past. The saw is in good shape but something I have not used in 5 years. Time for someone to get some use from it so it is for sale. I would appreciate info on its worth. The base is cast iron and extremely heavy.

This also came from our uncles. A Dalton T-L lathe that is very very old and would also like the approximate value. I have pictures of both units.
