Walker-Turner Tilt Table Table Saw

I don't know anything about this saw and would like some info on it. If there is any one out there that can help my email is mfp4064@live.com. I answered an ad for a delta table saw and the lady through this one in. The motor matches the saw and it runs but there is no pulley. It has a 10" blade on it but I don't know if that's right. And the deck tilt's. Any help?
