Delta Homecraft Shaper No. 43-110
The Delta Homecraft Shaper No. 43-110 offered unlimited possibilities for making moldings on straight, internal and external curved and irregular surfaces. It enables you to cut building trim, window and door sash and other standard moldings for home repair and maintenance jobs. In addition a multitude of wood joints could be cut including the often used tongue and groove and drawer joint.
Many of the same features of construction and operation of Delta's larger productions shapers could be found on this shaper.

The fence was 25 1/4" long when fully extended. It was completely adjustable front, back, and sidewise. Both sides adjust independently. The table was 15 1/2" by 18" and was finish ground for accuracy. It has a 3/8" by 3/4" groove to accommodate sliding jigs and miter gages. The heavy ribbing on the underside of the table provided added rigidity and firmness.
Interchangeable spindles were available in a 5/16" and 1/2" diameter. They run in sealed-for-life ball bearings. Conveniently located controls were accessible from the front of the shaper to raise and lower the spindle. The spindle lock was accessible on the right side. The shaper was reversible and ran at 9,000 r.p.m for smooth, clean work.
